Applicants are advised that certain program days and activities require extensive walking, climbing stairs, standing for long periods of time, hiking, convening in tight spaces or other physical activity. Some of the locations utilized for activities and tours (especially historic buildings or sites) also may only be accessible by stairways, have awkward entries and/or require travel on public/private transit. Applicants requiring any type of special needs are advised to seek additional information about program locations if any of the above activities would pose a difficulty for their participation in the program days and activities.
